Application  has been made for 1,835,000 ordinary  shares
of  5p  each  in  the Company ("Ordinary Shares")  to  be
admitted  to the Official List.  The Ordinary Shares  are
being  issued  pursuant to the exercise of  options  over
1,835,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 120p per Ordinary
Share.  Admission is expected to become effective  on  14
July 1997.
