Interim Dividend declared

The Company announces it has declared an interim dividend of 1.0p per Sterling Ordinary Share in respect of the quarter ending 30 September 2014.

The dividend will be payable on 30 January 2015 to shareholders of record 5 January 2015. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 2 January 2015.
