   Sir Aubrey Brocklebank is also a non-executive director of Puma VCT VIII 
plc and Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc. 
 
   Apart from the above, there are no other disclosures which are required 
under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of the appointments.
