Exchange for a blocklisting of 44,377,273 Ordinary shares of GBP0.005p each 
of Gartmore Group Limited to be admitted to the Official List. 
 
This blocklisting application is in connection with the equity issued on 19th 
November 2010 under the Gartmore Omnibus Incentive Plan. 
 
The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued 
ordinary share capital of the company.
