is exercised. Purple Green is a wholly owned subsidiary of GIC Blue Holdings
Pte Ltd ("GIC Blue"), which is in turn wholly owned by GIC (Ventures)
Pte Ltd. Both GIC Blue and Purple Green are part of a group of investment
entities held by GIC (Ventures) Pte Ltd and are investment holding companies
with no operational activities.
