Resignation of Chief Executive Officer 
 
ICB Financial Group Holdings AG ("ICB") advises that its chief executive 
officer, Mr Prem Kumar, has resigned from the company. 
 
The company has commenced an executive search process for a suitable 
replacement and in the interim is being managed by a committee of general 
managers under the overall supervision of the chairman of the board of 
directors, Michael Hanlon.
