Appointment of Director 
 
The Company announced on 9 December 2009 that Mr Nick Hodgson was standing down 
from the Board and that a new non-executive director would be appointed in due 
course. 
 
The Company is now pleased to announce that Mr Hugh van Cutsem has been 
appointed as a non-executive Director with immediate effect. 
 
The Chairman commented "Mr van Cutsem is the principal of Kepler Partners LLP, 
specialists in the marketing of investment companies, and his expertise will be 
of great value to the Company". 
 
There are no other details required to be disclosed pursuant of LR 9.6.13 of 
the UKLA Listing Rules.
