Receipt of first tranche of investment

Kazera Global plc, the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to advise that further to the 20 July 2022 announcement of the transformational investment deal in lithium produced from the Company's wholly owned mine at Tantalite Valley, Namibia, the Company has now received the first payment of US$ 100,000 in accordance with the terms of the deal.

Furthermore, the investor's staff have already been very active on site at the Tantalite Valley Mine, holding a series of meetings with the Company's management, in preparation for the delivery of machinery and services to increase production output fourfold during Q4 2022.
