                            Notification of Results                            

The Company announced on 6 March 2008 that its preliminary results would be
expected towards the end of May.

In light of the suspension of trading in the Company's shares on 21 May,
pending a review of working capital facilities, the announcement of results
will now be delayed beyond the end of this month.
