                        Proposed cancellation of trading 
 
MAMA announces that, as the offer from HMV Group plc ("HMV") has been declared 
wholly unconditional and HMV has received valid acceptances in excess of 75% of 
the Company's shares, the Company will be seeking the cancellation of the 
admission to trading of the Company's shares from AIM with effect from 7.00 a.m. 
on 12 March 2010. After this date, there will be no market made in the Company's 
shares.
