                   Delay in Admission of New Ordinary Shares

Newfound announced on 26 February 2007 that, following the exercise of certain
share options, 733,333 new ordinary shares in the Company were expected to be
admitted to trading on AIM by 2 March 2007.  Due to notarial delays in
processing the deeds of issue related to these shares, it is now expected that
the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM by 7 March 2007.
