AMVESCAP plc now have a notifiable interest in the Company of 4,987,706 ordinary
shares representing 8.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.  These
shares are held in the nominees of Chase Nominees (3,187,706 ordinary shares)
and Vidacos Nominees (1,800,000) ordinary shares.
