Further to the announcement made on 6 September 2007, the Company has applied to
the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of ordinary
shares of 5p each to trading on the AIM market and it is now anticipated that
such cancellation will take place at 7.00am on Monday 8 October 2007.
