                             Outcome of Litigation                             

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the successful litigation
in the High Court in London and the settlement in the Company's case against a
former Director of the Company, Mr Geremy Thomas, announced on 6 August 2007,
the Company received a payment of �350,000 on 19 October 2007. The total amount
that has been paid in compensation to date is �572,088.81 (before expenses).

The case against the other former Director of the Company, Mr Nigel
Etherington, is still ongoing.
