Audit Committee Update

The Board announces that Dominik Dolenec has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee to enable him to focus on his key Executive responsibility relating to the realisation of the Company's position in Princeton. He has been succeeded by Brett Miller. Mr Miller has Executive responsibility for governance and reporting. Both changes are with immediate effect.
