Further to the announcement on 10 April 2006, the Company announces that a total
of 48,750,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been
admitted to trading on AIM today and the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital
of the Company amounts to 86,348,580 Ordinary Shares.
