in respect of its BNP PARIBAS UK HIGH INCOME CELL (the "Cell")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Company has declared a first interim dividend of 1.875 pence per each BNP Paribas UK High Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2012. This dividend will be payable on 13 December 2011 to holders of record 18 November 2011. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 16 November 2011.
