The Company was today notified that on 8 April 2008 Metropol (UK) Limited
("Metropol") acquired 410,000 ordinary shares  of 1 penny each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company.  Following the acquisition Metropol has an interest in
6,911,229  Ordinary Shares representing 4.01 per cent. of the Company's share
capital.
