On March 23, 2022, Duet BioTherapeutics, Inc. (“Duet”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scopus BioPharma Inc. (the “Company”), commenced the public use of a corporate presentation. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
