Y3K Secure Enterprise Software changes name to Ecuity, Inc.

Enterprise Software Inc. (OTC BB: YTHK.OB), an end-to-end unified

business and residential markets, today announced that it is
changing its name to Ecuity, Inc., to reflect its new leadership
role in the convergence of secure next generation voice
communications and data technology. Ecuity is based on the root
word "cuit," which means "clear world vision." With the acquisition
of the material assets of Fox Communications, the Company has been
firmly positioned to supply small to medium-sized businesses as
well as residential customers with communications services and
products, Internet connections and data transmission. Combined with
