Under the terms of the agreement, which renews on December 1, 2006, DJO will supply its full line of Aircast�, DonJoy� and ProCare� rigid and soft bracing products and cold therapy systems. The Company also said that the contract includes, for the first time, the Company�s bone growth stimulation devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. Purchasing Partners is the largest unit of Premier, a healthcare alliance entirely owned by more than 200 of the nation�s leading not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare systems.
