Freescale announced that it is extending the expiration date for the tender offers to 5:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time on November 29, 2006. Freescale expects the settlement date for the tender offers will be on December 1, 2006. The tender offers remain open and are scheduled to expire on the expiration date, unless extended or earlier terminated.
