MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Science Applications
International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) today announced its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Benham Constructors, LLC has been awarded
two new contracts by a subsidiary of Holly Corporation (NYSE: HOC),
an independent petroleum refiner and marketer, to provide
engineering, procurement and construction services. The contracts
have a combined value of approximately $27
million. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla.
Holly produces gasoline, diesel and jet fuel as well as
specialty lubricants, oil and waxes at its Tulsa refining facility. The first contract
will support Holly's Interconnecting Piping Project and is valued
at $14 million. Under the contract,
Benham will help integrate piping interconnections at Holly's east
and west refining facilities by performing tasks such as site
preparation; utility relocation; foundation design and
installations; and piping and structural steel design, fabrication
and installation.
Under the second contract, valued at $13
million, Benham will support Holly's Diesel Hydrotreater
Revamp project by developing a front-end process design package,
and providing detail engineering, procurement and construction for
the modified facilities.
