Altria Group Raises Dividend 4.4% to 94 Cents

Altria Group Inc. said Thursday that its board increased its
quarterly dividend by 4.4% to 94 cents a share from 90 cents.
The maker of Marlboro cigarettes said the dividend is payable on
Oct. 11 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 15.
The company said its new annualized dividend rate is $3.76 a
share, a dividend yield of 8.2% based on Wednesday's closing price
of $45.80.
