(a)   At March 31, 2010, the aggregate cost of investments for Federal income tax purposes was $3,642,499. The net unrealized appreciation was $244,925 which consisted of aggregate gross unrealized appreciation of $294,382 and aggregate gross unrealized depreciation of $49,457.

Fair Value Measurement
The Fund utilized various inputs in determining the value of the Fund investments. These inputs are summarized in the three broad levels as follows:
Level 1 — Quoted prices in active markets for identical securities
Level 2 — Other significant observable inputs (including quoted prices for similar securities, interest rates, prepayment speeds, credit risk, etc.)
Level 3 — Significant unobservable inputs (including the Fund’s own assumptions in determining the fair value of investments)
The inputs or methodology used for valuing securities are not necessarily an indication of the risk associated with investing in those securities.
