TechnipFMC PLC has been awarded a new contract to supply a subsea production system to an oil-drilling site offshore Guyana.

The contract is worth between $500 million and $1 billion, the Franco-American oil-and-gas-services company said late Monday. TechnipFMC will provide project management, engineering, manufacturing and testing capabilities at the Stabroek block site, which is being run by a Guyanese affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corp. called Esso Exploration and Production Guyana.

The contract is the fourth won by TechnipFMC at the block, the company said.
