DICOM Group plc announces that it was notified by a letter dated 28 October 2003
that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity
International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being
non-beneficial holders, had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
DICOM Group plc of 639,923 shares, representing 3.05 per cent. of the current
issued ordinary share capital of DICOM Group plc.
