DICOM Group plc: Directors' interests

Further to the announcement made on 17 October 2003 (the "Announcement"), DICOM
Group plc ("DICOM Group") announces that it has been informed today by its Chief
Executive Officer, Arnold von Buren, that on 10 December 2003 he ceased to be
beneficially interested in the 279,932 Ordinary Shares which were the subject of
the transfer referred to in the Announcement.

Accordingly Mr. von Buren is now beneficially interested in 315,180 Ordinary
Shares in DICOM Group.
