BFR Buffalo Resources Com Npv

Buffalo Resources Corp. ("Buffalo")(TSX VENTURE:BFR) today announced the
resignation of Mr. Fred Coles as a Director of the Corporation for personal
reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Coles joined Buffalo's Board of Directors at
the time of the amalgamation with Choice Resources Corp.

insight and contribution during the amalgamation of Buffalo and Choice and to
wish him well," said Bill Trickett, President and CEO of Buffalo.
