("Centric") (TSX VENTURE: CTE) wishes to clarify that further to its news release dated December 30, 2009, the exercise price on options to purchase a total of 3,505,000 common shares that were granted to directors, officers and advisors of Centric under the company's stock option plan is $0.10 per common share. All other terms of the options remain the same.
