TWO T2 Metals Corp

Twoco Petroleums Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TWO) announces that options
to purchase 3,500,000 common shares of the Company were granted to officers,
directors, employees and consultants of the Company with an exercise price of
$0.20 per share. The options will expire five years from the date of grant.


One-half of the options granted vest at the date of grant and the remaining
options will vest one year from the date of grant.
