--CVC Capital Partners has offered 3.72 billion euros, or EUR18.60 a share, to buy Repsol SA's (REP.MC) 20% stake in Gas Natural SDG SA (GAS.MC), reports Expansion, citing anonymous sources.

--The offer values Gas Natural at EUR18.6 billion, equivalent to a 2% premium over its closing price on Wednesday, according to Expansion.
