Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire the controlling stake in Jean Genie Studio, Inc., a Los Angeles-based company involved in various stages of design and production of denim and non-denim apparel. Pending successful completion of the detailed due diligence including the audit of the financials and other contractual matters, the acquisition is anticipated to close within forty five days from the effective date of the Letter of Intent.

Wicks continued, "We are also very optimistic about the prospect of further developing our design studios as well as sample-making facilities in cooperation with Jean Genie, whose experienced staff will be available to work directly on-site with our creative and production teams. Needless to say, Jean Genie is an established and successful business with its own revenue streams and a stellar customer list. We anticipate that to reflect well on enhancing the overall revenue of Omni Ventures as its holding company once the acquisition has been successfully completed."
