clients. CPA and auditing partner at M&K, Casey G. Kinchen, has
clearly and in detail explained the situation to us so that we
could make an informed decision. We are satisfied with his
clarification and have taken it into consideration. It is our hope
that we can continue our relationship with M&K. However, as a
result of the situation, we have spoken with outside council and
are waiting for final determination of what effect the matter may
have in relation to Sycamores audit.
Our most recent project “Unsullied” written and directed by NFL
legend Simeon Rice, has acquired more than 20 Million media press
impressions in the last week. Simeon along with Murray Gray, the
star of “Unsullied”, participated in numerous interviews on NFL
media row. This first film project for the former NFL star
has been the talk of Phoenix during our promotional tour during
Super Bowl week. We have generated numerous banked press

consciousness of the film going public has been a success.
