(OTC:SEGI), an innovator in hybrid film distribution,  is pleased to announce that it has executed  a “ film rights purchase agreement” with top Hollywood producers. To secure the deal, Sycamore put $1.5M into escrow while the production financing agreement is being negotiated with the studio. Sycamore has the right to invite third party investors to participate in the production financing.
