(Amex(R)) today listed the units of General Finance Corporation
under the ticker symbol GFN.U. Based in Pasadena, California,
General Finance Corporation is a newly-formed company whose purpose
is to acquire, through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset
acquisition or other similar business combination, one or more
operating businesses in the specialty finance sector. The specialty
finance sector includes equipment rental/leasing companies,
