(BM&FBOVESPA: TOTS3), the leader in developing and marketing integrated enterprise management software and provision of related services in Brazil, today announces its results for the third quarter of 2012 (3Q12). The Company's consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with the accounting practices adopted in Brazil, which are in consonance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Highlights of the period:

• Net Revenue: R$359.8 million in 3Q12 (+11.1% vs. 3Q11) and R$1,052.5 million in 9M12 (+11.5% vs. 9M11). Disregarding the social security contribution (INSS), the amount was of R$367.7 million in 3Q12 (+13.5% vs. 3Q11) and R$1,068.8 million in 9M12 (+13.2% vs. 9M11).
• License Sales to New Clients: R$29.5 million in 3Q12 (+76.9% vs. 3Q11) and R$64.4 million in 9M12 (+30.7% vs. 9M11).
• Net Maintenance Revenue: R$169.6 million in 3Q12 (+9.9% vs. 3Q11) and R$497.3 million in 9M12 (+11.4% vs. 9M11). Disregarding the social security contribution (INSS), the amount was of R$173.6 million in 3Q12 (+12.5% vs. 3Q11) and R$505.7 million in 9M12 (+13.3% vs. 9M11).
• Net Service Revenue: R$108.8 million in 3Q12 (+16.5% vs. 3Q11) and R$308.8 million in 9M12 (+15.5% vs. 9M11). Disregarding the social security contribution (INSS), the amount was of R$110.9 million in 3Q12 (+18.8% vs. 3Q11) and R$313.1 million in 9M12 (+17.1% vs. 9M11).
• Operating Costs and Expenses: R$260.396 million in 3Q12 (+5.5% vs. 3Q11) and R$768.244 million in 9M12 (+6.3% vs. 9M11).
• EBITDA: R$99.416 million in 3Q12 (+28.9% vs. 3Q11) and R$284.257 million in 9M12 (+28.3% vs. 9M11).
• EBITDA Margin: Consolidated Margin of 27.6% in 3Q12 (+380 pbs vs. 3Q11) and 27.0% in 9M12 (+350pbs vs. 9M11).
• Conversion of Debentures: 15% of conversion in August.
