Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 15, 2024, Matthew Oommen resigned from the board of directors of Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Oommen’s resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Oommen for his service to the Company.
