Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On November 14, 2022, Wireless Telecom Group, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its operating results for the three and nine month period ended September 30, 2022. The earnings call previously announced in the Company’s press release dated November 7, 2022 has been cancelled.

 

A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
