Town & Country Housing CEO to step down

Bob Heapy, CEO of Town & Country Housing (TCH), will be stepping down on 6 April 2024. This follows 13 years at the helm of TCH and many senior roles in the sector.

Colin Lissenden has been appointed TCH Managing Director. He has been with TCH for 24 years and has been Development and Property Director for the past 16 years. Colin has extensive local knowledge and relationships and will report into Peabody COO/Deputy CEO, Elly Hoult.

TCH will continue to operate as a Registered Provider and operating subsidiary of Peabody Group.
