-- Final Terms dated 19 November 2019 relating to the U.S.$500,000,000 4.5500% Notes due 2023 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2023 Final Terms");

-- Final Terms dated 19 November 2019 relating to the U.S.$1,000,000,000 7.0529% Notes due 2032 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2032 Final Terms"); and

-- Final Terms dated 19 November 2019 relating to the U.S.$500,000,000 8.1500% Notes due 2059 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2059 Final Terms" and, together with the 2023 Final Terms and the 2032 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
