The Company was notified that the following holdings of Sterling ordinary shares of no par value ("Sterling shares") were acquired on 31 January 2012 and are beneficially held by Andrew Sykes, the Chairman of the Company:

   --    Sterling shares beneficial held by Andrew Sykes 

Following the purchase of these Sterling shares, Mr Sykes now holds 174,790 Sterling shares in the Company.
