GBP100,000,000 4.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044 (to be consolidated and

form a single series with the GBP250,000,000 4.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due

2044)

The Guinness Partnership Limited has today executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the issue of theGBP100 million in principal amount of its 4.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044 (the "New Bonds") which were retained at the time of the original issue. It is expected that the proceeds, including an amount representing accrued interest, will be received on 17(th) January 2020.
