            NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTSS
                            
                            
On  behalf  of  our client, Provalis Plc, we  notify  the
London Stock Exchange that the Company will be announcing
its  Interim  Results  for  the  six  months  ended  31st
December 1999 on Tuesday 28th March 2000.

Both  analyst and press meetings will be held on the  day
of the results at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside,
EC2.  Analyst  meeting to start at  10am,  and  press  to
follow at 11.30am.
