Hargreaves Lansdown bought 1,667,585 GBP Ordinary GBP0.01 shares in the Company 
for the beneficial interest of D G Anthony, representing 6.4% of the outstanding 
shares. 
 
Following this acquisition, D G Anthony has a total beneficial interest in 
3,873,179 GBP Ordinary GBP0.01 shares in the Company, representing 14.9% of the 
outstanding shares.
