Disposal of shareholding in Davenham Group Plc

ACP Capital Limited ("ACP" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has 
completed the auction process announced on 23 November 2010 and has sold today 
its 7,592,774 ordinary shares in Davenham Group plc to the highest bidder for 
1.75 pence per share or total proceeds of GBP132,874. 
ACP expects to announce a final distribution that includes these proceeds once 
the Company's liquidation process has been determined. 
Proposals will also be put to shareholders recommending that the Company delists 
from AIM and is placed into liquidation.
