Dresdner RCM Endowment Policy Trust 2003 plc announces

that on 6th March 2003 it re-purchased, for cancellation,

75,000 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing

0.26% of the issued Ordinary capital), at the

price of 203.5p per Ordinary Share.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 75,000

Ordinary Shares is due on 11th March 2003 when

the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 29,095,248 Ordinary

10p Shares.
