   Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2014 
 
   Foresight 3 VCT plc presents its Interim Management Statement for the 
quarter ended 30 June 2014.  This constitutes the company's first 
Interim Management Statement for the financial year ending 31 March 
2015, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rule 4.3. 
 
   The unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share as at 30 June 
2014 was 73.4p (31 March 2014: 74.2p). 
 
 
 
   At 30 June 2014 there were 51,226,401 Ordinary Shares in issue. There 
were no shares issued or repurchased during the quarter.
