Total Voting Rights

Following admission to trading of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares on 3 September 2012, the Company's issued share capital comprises 1,619,692,521 ordinary shares of 0.5p each.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,619,692,521, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in Gasol under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
