In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we 
would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
 
The Company's total capital is 56,328,668 redeemable participating preference 
shares of 1p (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 
34,499,130 US Dollar Shares (excluding 3,446,463 Treasury Shares), 12,551,200 
Sterling Hedged Shares (excluding 1,111,337 Treasury Shares), and 9,278,338 Euro 
Hedged Shares (excluding 141,792 Treasury Shares). 
 
 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,328,668 and 
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
